The travel by Train 20931 -A1 coach berth No.15 PNR455782**** was deplorable. The service throughout the journey was pathetic.(Shornur to Panvel). Toilet was dirty, flush was not working and faucet was absent. Linen supplied late and was used one. Bogie doors were found open during night. TTs assigned to the coach was casual in approach to the complaint and status of the coach and security aspect.

Staff misbehaviour and AC complaint

There is no any system on sunday for tatkal reservation. Private persons make their own register for reservation and no any govt.authorised person is here for making queue. Everyone is making their own rules. Even staff person (guard and reservation counter staff ) is not helping. They are also done bad behave with public. And also they make afraid of people with women police warning. They said that we can not do anything. We will call ladies police if any one say about rules. They are so rude. Plz help in matter. They make their own rules.

Request for Buggy service in Mysuru Station

PNR 480188****. We are very senior citizen couple will be travelling by Vande Bharath express to chennai and the train is to start from Platform 3 will have to climb stairs and get down which is very difficult. We require the help of a buggy to take us from the Rlystation entry to platform 3. on the 4th of June. Please let us know if such a facility could be arranged. Thanks and Regards

Dirty linen on train

Dear Sir, This complaint is regarding the train no. 14803/JSM SBIB EXP. I travelled on 24th may 2023 from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. The train started at 3.10 from Jaisalmer...the attendant never provided us with bedsheets till 4.30. I had to return 3 sets of bedsheets as they were stinking badly. After complaining to them repeatedly they still did not change yhe linen saying we dont have any more sheets. Why are we being charged so much in 2AC if you cannot provide us with clean sheets and pillows. We had to sleep without sheets on the seats. Our destination station was Jodhpur. Even the train was not clean.

Common gender demands money with very bad manner

I sit on my seat, common gender group come demands money for each person. I have one question who permit him , and also why demands money, This is my very bad experience in Indian railways If there is -ve rating then I give -5

Pathetic service of Indian Railways

Train no. 01116 from CNB to LTT on 18.05.2023 was late by 12 hours only & Train no. 04152 from LTT to CNB was late by 22 hrs only. This is real class of our railway. I got to know that it is regular practice of railway for their so called special trains as the service or performance of these trains are not monitored by authorities. This is ridiculous. It's so much annoying that I will try not to travel by any train in future. If I would have been late by 5 more hours while coming to LTT, it wouldn't be possible for my wife (cancer patient) to take medication, which was the only purpose of our trip. I genuinely recommend & request everyone not to travel specifically by any special train. There is no MI-BAAP of these trains. These trains are so special because these trains are specifically trained to trouble its passengers.
